You can make appointments directly with our friendly receptionists by calling 9339 4744 or via Healthengine, our online appointment system. Please remember to make a long appointment if you have multiple problems, and to tell the receptionist if you are booking for a health assessment, care plan, or procedure so that we can ensure a nurse is available for your appointment if necessary.
Our appointment system caters for urgent, non urgent, complex, planned chronic care and preventative healthcare. If you need more time with your GP, e.g., for a mental health consult, please book a long appointment. Urgent appointments will be seen by the next available GP. Please advise reception if you believe you require an urgent appointment. Urgent appointments will be triaged by the nurse on duty.
Walk-ins
We usually require people to book ahead of time but we may be able to help you if you walk into the clinic. Priority is given to those who have made a booking.
Waiting Times
Sometimes, our GPs are delayed while tending to urgent or complex issues that may go over alotted appointment times. Please bear with us if you are asked to wait. Thank you for your patience.
